Before moving into their new Dublin home, Declan and Morty completely renovated the rundown property linking the outdoor and indoor spaces with a new kitchen extension.On first viewing Declan and Morty were both drawn to the pretty Victorian style of the property and the beautiful cherry blossom tree that complemented and added to the charm of the facade. ‘The location was also a major draw for us; it’s absolutely perfect for city living only a five minute walk from the centre with a plentitude of restaurants and pubs literally on the door step.’
