Arty and Ruth have built a contemporary family home in the countryside of Holywood Co. Down making full use of the surrounding views which take in Scrabo Tower, Strangford Lough, Isle of Man, Scotland and Whitehead.Arty grew up in Holywood and with a desire to have land to farm, he purchased this 40-acre site in the area to retire to with his wife Ruth, and enjoy with their children, Joel and Joy, son-in-law, Stephen and grand-daughter Faith.
The couple had previously built their home in Ballygowan and were well aware of what they wanted from this next move.
