In Greencastle, Donegal, the Price family’s journey from despair to delight is etched into the very walls of their beautiful new home.

A victim of the devastating defective block crisis, their original house, constructed in 2005, was marked by cracks, anxiety, and the constant fear of collapse. Now, with the collaborative efforts of MGA Architects and their own unwavering resilience, they find solace in this beautifully reimagined home that has allowed them to fully embrace stunning sea views and a layout that suits the family of five’s needs. Engaging with the clients, Breege Galbraith from MGA Architects embarked on a mission to transform the Price family’s living space.
