Bloomin’ Great! By Deirdre Prince
It’s safe to say that this year’s Bloom in the Park was of the highest standard. While the weather was more like winter than the summer we should be having in June, the crowds turned out in their thousands (over 90,000 to be exact).The greatest number of gold medals were awarded than ever before and you can clearly see why. I have selected some of the highlights of the show, although they were all worthy of mention, there is only so much space in the magazine.
