What type of flooring is being used in the heading photo here? is it a real wood or a laminate?
I’ve been reading about how real wood gets better over time here https://flooringmegastore.co.uk/handy-stuff/7-virtues-of-wood-flooring/ is it worth the investment, and how can I keep the room looking light with a dark wood floor?
Thanks,
Tom
Hi Tom,
It’s a type of vinyl board flooring.
Information on the image is as follows: Karndean Van Gogh Salvaged Redwood bears a unique and distinctive grain pattern over deep browns and hints of grey. The colour variation between each board brings this floor to life and makes it a focal point of any room. The vinyl floor is designed with extra-large boards which gives it a luxurious look.

Hope this helps.
