With the River Erne and Enniskillen Castle only a stone’s throw away, Columba and his wife Dawn couldn’t pass on the opportunity of purchasing this amazing property in the heart of Enniskillen in County Fermanagh.When Columba purchased this waterfront property in October 2014 it had been on the market for some time and was in need of total refurbishment. ‘When I viewed the house I immediately saw its potential. It felt like walking into a caravan at the time and only the ground floor was being utilised with 1,600sq. ft of garage space on the lower level unused. I knew I could create a modern home that would see this house sit proudly in this prime location for many more years to come. Let’s say I wanted to bring a bit of The Hamptons to Enniskillen.’
