Quirky Charm

Katrina wanted a home to truly make her own, so she and her husband set about creating a quirky haven in Dublin.

Katrina was looking for a home that she could put her own stamp on, and when she stumbled upon this house online, she made an appointment for viewing right away. ‘I happened to find the house only a few hours after it had been listed online, and I instantly saw the potential,’ says Katrina. ‘A new build was never an option for us, as we wanted a home that needed work done, so that we could really make it our own. I really wanted a home that had history and memories!

‘It was also important that we could stay close to family too, so it ticked a lot of boxes and so we decided it was the one!’
