Edel was looking for a new home in Derry~Londonderry when, driving one day, saw a sign for a Taggart development show home. On viewing one of the impressive bespoke houses she knew straight away that this was the perfect home for her and her family.

Edel struck gold with finding her perfect home in this turnkey development that met all her needs. ‘From the minute I saw the house, even from the outside, I loved it. I’ve always liked a brick finish so that was an added bonus.’

What Edel and her husband were looking for in their new home was four bedrooms, a manageable garden, a garage, and a big kitchen – this home fulfilled all their expectations and more. When they bought the house it was already finished to a high standard with a fully fitted kitchen, sophisticated lighting throughout, tiled floors and bathroom suites. There was no requirement to extend or adapt to suit their families needs.
