This 1905 Arts and Crafts villa in the North-West has become a picture-perfect retreat for its third family to live there. Here, we talk to the design company behind the aesthetic, Cest Interior Design.
A Grade II listed property designed by renowned architect Alfred A. Foreman, this home exudes individuality and thoughtful curation at every turn. With an entrance porch, boot room, two reception spaces, an office, and an open-plan kitchen/living/dining area on the ground floor, alongside five bedrooms, a laundry room, and three bathrooms upstairs, it is as spacious as it is enchanting. When the family purchased the house in 2020, they embarked on a full renovation, maintaining and restoring its original features while introducing modern enhancements.
