Irish chef and TV host Mark Moriarty discusses his debut cookbook, Flavour and takes us through some of his favourite recipes from it.
Already an award-winning chef and a popular TV host, Mark Moriarty can now claim the title of author with the release of his debut cookbook, Flavour. The Dublin-based chef has worked in some of the finest restaurants in both Ireland and around the world and is a familiar face on our screens thanks to his RTE One shows including Off Duty Chef, Beyond the Menu and Cook In with Mark Moriarty.As a former San Pellegrino young chef of the year, in 2017 he was listed in Forbes’ 30 Under 30 and has worked with world-renowned brands such as Nespresso, Johnnie Walker and M&S.
