Clonmel Home – Love at First Sight
June’s Clonmel home-with-a-view was bustling with character, and although it took some persuading her late husband, Shay, she just knew it was the place she could picture her boys growing up. Fast forward many years later, and she has lovingly restored her cottage with partner, Tom and they couldn’t be more delighted with the outcome.I thought that overnight we would go from being a regular town family to the Good Life!’, says June Kennedy. ‘We weren’t actually even looking for a new house at the time, but I saw an advertisement in the paper just as we were going on holidays and I cut it out and stuck it in my pocket. I just had a gut feeling about this house.’
