Try Before You Buy!

Lisa and Conor used subtle neutrals and pops of colour to create a cool contemporary home in their Belfast city villa.

It is not often you have the chance to try before you buy when it comes to the biggest purchase most people ever make but that’s just what happened to newlyweds Lisa and Conor when it came to their city villa. ‘We’d been living in an apartment nearby and decided to sell up and look for something bigger which would accommodate us – and give us room to grow!’ says Lisa. ‘Just at the time, though, there wasn’t anything that suited and we didn’t want to jump into something we didn’t love and might regret. So we decided to rent and just keep looking. At least when we found a property, we’d be in an ideal position to make an offer,’ says Lisa.
