Uniquely Transformed

Relocating from Cardiff to Northern Ireland, Laura and her husband Jonny knew they were after a period home and they found exactly what they were looking for in a leafy Belfast suburb.

Although we are both from Northern Ireland, Jonny and I had lived in London and Cardiff for a number of years. We had always settled in period properties with their high ceilings and distinctive features drawing us to them, so when we moved home it was no surprise that this was the style of house we ended up with,’ explains Laura. ‘When we viewed the house it was in need of modernisation and our own decorative stamp, plus we were mindful of areas like the hallway not being afforded natural light and their need to be brightened up.’
