Having travelled the globe, financial analysts Seamus and Andre swapped the suburbs for the city to create an eclectic penthouse home with a generous twist of international style.

Having travelled the world, it was a business opportunity which brought Donegal-born Seamus and New Zealander Andre to Belfast, the city they now call home. ‘Being in the finance business we’ve been lucky enough to see quite a bit of the world through work and it was actually while we were both based in Dublin that we first met,’ says Seamus. ‘Initially we bought a property there and then moved to London for a short time, but when a business opportunity presented itself in Belfast we decided to move back to Ireland and set up home here.’
