In this characterful Ashford cottage antique pieces mingle with design classics, textures and colours, for a cosy festive feel.

Interior designer Emma bought this charming two bedroom bungalow over ten years ago and has been updating and adding treasures to it ever since. ‘I could see the potential in it from day one and loved the fact it had a good size garden. It was structurally sound, but every room was painted yellow with crazy carpets and the kitchen, along with the bathroom, was very dated, so this all had to go,’ says Emma.
