Andy and Roz Turner’s culinary journey began when they met in 2012, eventually leading them to open their own restaurant, Hara, in the heart of Hillsborough in 2018. Named after the hare, Hara takes inspiration from the beautiful County Down countryside, with menus celebrating fresh, seasonal produce sourced in collaboration with local farmers and growers.
