Recently renovated by the skilled team at Rain Ann Design – including architects Max and Emily Fedorov and interior designers Tatiana Smith St. Kitts and Drew Lyons – this family home balances a warm, classic exterior with interiors that surprise and delight. Inside, intricate, thoughtful design choices create a space that’s both stunningly unique and timelessly modern. With a collaborative approach to design, the homeowners worked closely with Rain Ann Design. The primary goal for the renovation was to maximise space and create a fluid, open-plan area that would cater to both daily family interactions and entertaining. ‘The old house was small and cramped, with the kitchen and dining areas separated. With two young boys who want to be around us all the time, we needed a wide, open space where we could prepare meals, cook, and engage with the kids,’ says the homeowner. With limited room in the back garden, Rain Ann’s team demonstrated their expertise by expanding the layout creatively and functionally.
