The owners of this stunning home in a small village in Co. Down have given it a new lease of life, ensuring it is functional, sustainable and aesthetically pleasing.

The homeowners purchased this property back in November 1999, but it wasn’t until January 2021 that they finally got the chance to take on the renovations they had always wanted to do. ‘The existing house was built by its previous owner in 1963,’ they explain. ‘We were living in the area and had been looking to move to a home that offered stables for my horses and was near the local sailing club too’.
